Hello guys  lakshdeep Sharma here to get you Introduce you with a guy mean a Man of over 43 years of age. I bet you will also feel motivated when I tell you that this buddy was unaware of his own upcoming Life , that what is he going to become.and why he is here alive but

When he was he was over weight,( he was 104 kg at his 42nd birthday) we couldn't imagine what he did ,"let me tell you starting of this life changing revolution in life of Balraj Kaushik. Balraj was like other lethargic middle aged person who never run, workout, games,,, or any exercise to get fit, he was worried about his
Oh my gosh,see the changes
body weight he made mind set  of to do some Walk at that time he never wants to run or jogging in Baradhari patiala he started to walk every day twice it was little bit big task for him to do workout daily basis and one day he realized that if other people who are (children and aged old people) doing efforts to get healthy. He finally got motivation for managing his body and he just knew that he could do it by only with running. Because he only knew that if others can do I can also do . He made his mind set to run 5km twice a day.

so by this routine he made huge calories burn and he lost 25 kg in just 45 days. When he found it so relieved he got a kick in his unconscious mind exactly what we saw in a Hollywood movie that by any chemical reaction a Man turned into a Superman or Spiderman. we can't even think that he was having some big plans for his future .He was actually teacher by profession and he left that tutions for his unrevealed and unethical dreams to get his own identity because he was not happy in that life. So he proves that there's no alternative or shortcuts to achieve success in life. one thing I must recall you about his age.
BALRAAJ KAUSHIK WITH ME AFTER 3RD LEVEL VICTORY
Basically we All have this rumour and mind set that after 40 years old Man gone week according to age factor and our bones and stamina to work out and obviously get very down at this age numbers (42) but age didn't get their grip off from his dream to stay out of crowd and to make himself unique. He finally got addicted to run if he Miss one session he began to feel irritating just like a drug addicted person. He can't stop himself running even when his mother expired after the creamations ceremony just after 2 hours he was back on the track to run,so we can estimate his level of passion and addiction to run nothing can stop or breakdown his goal and love towards running, By the time period of 6 months he got a big achicement made himself standing in first runner who can run 173km without relaxing his body continuesly 24 hours,  this record gave him title of  ULTRATUFFMAN and SHER-E-PUNJAB ,'these rewards encouraged him to Make records rapidly and yet to go a long way.........

All relatives and friends were stubbed and speechless when he made himself achieve  27hours 24minutes non-stop run from Chandigarh to Amritsar(approx 200km).
And on Sunday in Bathinda he was here in Rose garden he completed 21.1km in just 2 hours . He has already achieve the record of running 21.1km more than 37 times Punjab and India is inspiring to see a Man who is almost double of their age and running like a robot machine and  every-one had a question in their minds that how Balraj Kaushik is always smiling even after running 25km, 250km ,173km it all happens because of his addiction to run and It is huge motivation for All people who think that Man after 40 years . Can't achieve goals and dreams can only made and achieve in younger age. We never knows when and where we can get a kick , to rise and made ourselves clear that dreams can be made at any point and age during our life journey. We ,the men are the super power and greatest creature of God who have will power and control over our mind and body.. So  its a little effort to make Young generation inspire from these types of heros who are real heros and inspiration in our real life not from reel life.
